Our President and Founder, Ben Lauderdale brings over 30 years of construction experience and his primary focus is to manage all aspects of the business to ensure business growth and quality customer satisfaction. Ben believes strong relationships are the key to success. He is driven by customer satisfaction, employee empowerment and success in the workplace.
Our team consists of seasoned professionals in a wide variety of construction trades including; licensed plumbers, electricians and HVAC contractors.
Ben is also a certified speaker and enjoys helping others develop their careers by teaching Relationship Development, Time Management and other self-help seminars. He is passionate about his family, church and friends and enjoys riding his Harley when time allows.
